ID Card Verification
Upload the same ID card used when opening your bank account
Recipient name and bank account owner must match
Accepted IDs:
Korean nationals:
National Registration Card
Driver’s License
Passport
Non-Korean nationals:
Alien Registration Card (ARC)
Permanent Residence Card
Passport (expiration date ≥ 6 months)
Corporate accounts: Business Registration License
Non-profit organizations: Identification Number
Notes:
Verification is not possible if nationality is North Korea or Iran
If the ID was issued more than 10 years ago, additional verification may be requested
Common issues preventing verification:
Black-and-white photo
Blurry photo
Light reflection obscuring the ID
ID photo too small
Expired ID
Scanned, photocopied, or screenshot copies
Bank Account Verification
Ensure the account number entered by the sender matches your account
Verify there are no typos and the account belongs to you
Unsupported account types:
USD accounts
Multi-currency accounts
Stock accounts
Accounts using mobile number format (use the actual account number in the bankbook)
Old account numbers from merged banks
Security accounts
Note:
If the sender entered an incorrect or unsupported account number, they must cancel the transfer and resend using the correct details
