SentBe VIP benefits provide transfer fee discounts based on your total transfer amount over the last 6 months. VIP grades are divided into Basic, Silver and Gold, and the discount differs by grade. VIP grades are calculated based on completed transfers.

Total transfer amount within 6 months
Sending from Korea: KRW 17,000,000 or more
Sending from Indonesia: 520,000,000 IDR or more
Sending from Singapore: 48,000 SGD or more
Silver
25% discount on all transfer fees (transfers to China: 8% discount)
Total transfer amount within 6 months
Sending from Korea: KRW 11,000,000 or more
Sending from Indonesia: 330,000,000 IDR or more
Sending from Singapore: 30,000 SGD or more
Basic
KRW 5,000 off your first transfer
Conditions for keeping your VIP grade
Once you are upgraded to Silver or Gold, you keep that grade for 6 months.
After 6 months, your VIP grade is re-evaluated:
Gold: Grade maintained or upgraded if your total transfer amount is KRW 17,000,000 / 520,000,000 IDR / 48,000 SGD or more
Silver: Grade maintained or upgraded if your total transfer amount is KRW 11,000,000 / 330,000,000 IDR / 30,000 SGD or more
If you do not meet the conditions, your grade will be lowered.
How to check your VIP grade
SentBe app: MY tab → tap the grade icon
VIP grades are applied on the 1st of each month.
When your membership grade changes, your existing coupons can no longer be used, except for Welcome coupons.
