- SentBe Customer Support will never ask you to provide your account password or Auto-Debit PIN.
- Please be aware that scammers may create fake SNS accounts or pages pretending to be SentBe Customer Support and ask for your personal or account information. If someone claiming to be SentBe asks for your password or Auto-Debit PIN, do not provide any information.
- If you are unsure whether a communication is from SentBe, please contact SentBe Customer Support through the official channel shown in the SentBe app.
Suspicious activity
If you receive an SMS about an unknown login to your account, contact the SentBe Customer Service Center immediately.
