After you have submitted a transfer request and made the deposit, a refund may be possible in certain situations. Please see the details below.
You can request a refund in the following cases.
1. The transfer cannot be completed
The receiving bank or recipient details were entered incorrectly and cannot be corrected, and no other receiving method is available
2. Transfer delay
The transfer has not been completed within 15 days of the deposit into the designated account, through no fault of the customer
3. Regulatory and compliance matters
The recipient's bank or a SentBe partner determines that the transfer cannot proceed due to anti-money laundering or remittance compliance requirements
When a refund is not possible
The transfer has been completed to a bank or E-wallet because the customer entered incorrect recipient details
In this case a refund is not possible, but SentBe will do its best to help recover the transferred amount.
Refund method
Refunded amounts are returned to your SentBe Wallet.
Whether the transfer fee is refunded may vary depending on the refund method and the circumstances.
